RoboVigil connects to industrial equipment, so security problems matter to us and to our customers. If you believe you have found a vulnerability in RoboVigil or any of our services, we want to hear about it.

Reporting a vulnerability

Email security@robovigil.com with:

  • A description of the issue and where you found it (URL, endpoint, or app screen)
  • Steps to reproduce it
  • Any supporting material — logs, screenshots, or proof-of-concept detail

Please report privately by email rather than publicly, and give us the opportunity to fix the issue before any disclosure.

What we commit to

  • We will acknowledge your report within 48 hours
  • We will complete an initial assessment within 5 working days and keep you informed of progress
  • Critical issues are targeted for remediation within 10 days; lower-severity issues are addressed on a prioritised schedule

Scope

  • robovigil.com
  • api.robovigil.com
  • app.robovigil.com
  • stream.robovigil.com
  • The RoboVigil mobile and web applications

Good-faith research

We will not pursue legal action against security research carried out in good faith. In return, please:

  • Do not access, modify, or delete data belonging to our customers
  • Do not run automated scanning or testing that could degrade the service — RoboVigil monitors live industrial equipment
  • Do not use social engineering, phishing, or physical attacks against us or our customers
  • Do not publicly disclose an issue before we have had a reasonable opportunity to fix it

RoboVigil is self-assessed against the UK Government’s Software Security Code of Practice. A copy of our current self-assessment is available to customers on request — email security@robovigil.com.
