If you connect cameras to Robovigil:

- Screenshots captured during alerts or errors (stored according to your retention settings)

- Push notification tokens (to deliver alerts to your device)

Hosting Infrastructure
Our backend services are hosted on servers located in the European Union. Your factory and machine data is stored on these servers.
Data Storage and Security
We take the security of your data seriously and implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it, including:

Data Retention

- Account and configuration data: Retained until you delete your account, then for a further 60 days in case you change your mind
- Raw machine data: Processed within 48 hours and then deleted
- Aggregated statistics and metrics: Up to 3 years
- Error logs and alert snapshots: 90 days
- Payment records: 7 years (to comply with financial record-keeping requirements)
When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data after the 60-day grace period, except where we are required by law to retain certain information.
